    Dissertation in Progress:
    My dissertation uses data from the National Congregations Study and other sources to examine determinants of conflict in American religious congregations. I am currently working to identify patterns in the general occurrence of conflict, but the dissertation also examines patterns in persistent conflict and topic-specific conflict.
